I love writing, and I especially love helping other people to love the process of writing and editing. I believe everyone has unique ideas and, with the right editor, those ideas can shine through to your readers. Whether it's a college application essay, a graduate research paper, a grant proposal, or a few chapters of the book you're writing, I can help you make sure your thoughts are clearly conveyed.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Writing, for me, is like gardening. You begin with a small seed of an idea and a hope that it will grow and be productive.

After the seed is planted, the work of editing only begins. One must prune out stray phrases and arrange paragraphs into a structure that makes logical sense for the reader.
It's no use to plant a seed and never tend it with weeding or watering. Likewise, an unedited paper is a start, but will not bear the abundant harvest of a finely polished piece of writing.

That's where I come in. You've got the seeds, I've got the spade.
